It’s important to recognize signs of abuse in clients, so as to be supportive and helpful to their needs.

I like that others from other organizations are working directly with those of us in the beauty industry to recognize the signs of abuse in people we encounter every day. I knew most of the signs already but I’m glad to know that there is hotline dedicated to helping women (and men!) get help. I will bring this up to my coworkers and see about printing off the hotline number to put up in the salon
